It’s no secret that October is my absolute favorite time of the year. I usually start planning my costume in April. Several times a year, I’ll look at M and say, “Halloween is in 7 months!” It’s my favorite holiday, hands down.
Each year, we try to do several things to get us in the spirit. Last year, we went to a pumpkin patch. The year before, we celebrated by attending the Balloon Fiesta in New Mexico.
Because I never feel like I watch enough spooky movies during October, we’re making a list of Halloween-themed movies for each night of the month. Here’s what we have so far:
The 1st- The Ghost and Mr. Chicken
The 2nd- Hocus Pocus, obvs.
The 3rd- Halloween Town
4th- Halloween Town 2
Etc.
What are some movies you’d recommend or put on your October movie list?

I still remember the infamous Belle yellow dress you made. It was cold that year so I had to wear a coat which covered it all up. Love you so much, Grandma!
Ghostbusters. Young Frankenstein. Dracula Dead and Loving It.
Yes! Added! We watched Coco and an 80s movie called Levithan so far. Love you!
