Word of the Week: Kismet

Kismet – Noun – (kiz-met): Fate

Example from my writing: “She felt like she was falling into Ophelia’s orbit, like kismet.”

This is one of my favorite words, and I use it frequently. It’s a cousin to another word I love and relish: serendipity. Ugh, luscious, right?

How will you use kismet this week?
