Let’s talk ice cream. Malcolm is basically addicted to the stuff. He has ice cream most days and loves it each time like it’s the first time he’s ever tasted it. On a recent brunch excursion with Malcolm’s mom, Michelle, we stopped in Frozen Gold on Moreno in downtown Colorado Springs. I had never been in before, and the atmosphere is 70s vibes with bright colors, which is perfect for an ice cream place that boasts fun toppings like cereal pieces. He got several toppings and was ecstatic about it. Nothing makes Malcolm happy quite like ice cream with multiple toppings and syrups. It’s a child-like jubilee and it brings me so much delight.
