A couple of weekends ago, I went to the ARC (my local and best thrift store) in search of a costume. The dress I found I wore in this post. That trip reminded me just how much I love thrifting, especially at the ARC on a Saturday when several categories of colored tags are half price.

I FINALLY found a little tchotchkes shelf that I’d been seeking out for the better part of the last few years. I think I might paint her either black or white. I’m not quite sure yet, though. I think that would modernize it a bit.

As I was sifting through potential treasures, I found this beauty below. I definitely left the store without it, though, if I’m being honest,I did consider purchasing it for .335 seconds.
