My Vintage Colorful Glasses

*Post was updated with better photos 🙂

Ever since I saw Elsie Larson’s collection of vintage glass arranged in a rainbow, I’ve searched for my own vibrant glassware. I targeted flea markets, antique stores, garage sales, and thrift stores. One of my favorite tips about bargain hunting is go in with only a few things in mind. For years now, I’ve focused on colored glassware when thrifting. It’s been a fun goal, and there’s so much variation, glass hunting never grows old. I don’t have a place to display my collection, so my beauties sit on my top shelf, gathering dust. I can’t wait until I have a kitchen so big that I can display my glasses without it feeling like an unreasonable waste of space.

Admittedly, some of the dishes did not come from decades past. Can you guess which ones? 🙂

What do you search for when thrifting?
