I can’t remember if I’ve shared this video or not here. It’s Dr. Martin Luther King Day today and I will be continuing my anti-racism work. Part of that work is taking care of myself. And experiencing awe and wonder play a huge part in my mental health upkeep.

So here’s one of the ways I experience wonder in my city. Enjoy!

P.S. Can you see the rocks that have a hole in the middle but are touching at the top? Those are called the Kissing Camels. My friend who grew up in the Springs told me they used to look more like camels but have eroded with time. Now it looks like turtles kissing.
